Pet Policy — Tracks at Seymour Apartments 1. Scope - Pets are allowed only with prior written approval from management and a signed Pet Addendum to the lease. 2. Allowed pets - Dogs and cats only (no livestock, exotic animals, reptiles, rodents, or insects). - Maximum 2 pets per unit. - Each pet must be spayed/neutered (unless vet documentation states otherwise). 3. Size and breed restrictions - Maximum adult weight limit: 35 pounds. Management may require a vet or shelter record verifying expected adult weight. - The following breeds and breed mixes are prohibited due to safety concerns (this list is illustrative; management may add breeds as needed): - Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier - Rottweiler - Doberman Pinscher - German Shepherd - Chow Chow - Akita - Wolf-dog hybrids - Any other breed or mix exhibiting similar physical characteristics or aggressive history - Management reserves the right to deny any pet that appears to be a prohibited breed or poses a risk to residents, staff, or property. 4. Vaccinations, licensing & identification - All pets must be licensed (if required by local law) and current on rabies and other routine vaccinations. Proof required at move-in and upon request. - Pets must wear a current license tag and ID when off the premises. 5. Fees, deposits & rent - Non-refundable pet fee: 300. - Security deposit or refundable pet deposit: $0. - Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet. - Tenants are responsible for documented damages caused by their pet beyond normal wear and tear. 6.
